Friends who include FCHS in their long-term charitable planning are recognized as members of the Legacy Society. These thoughtful supporters have decided to establish a legacy of support at FCHS. A simple way to become a member of the Legacy Society is to remember FCHS in your will or estate plans. Your generosity will help guarantee life to homeless animals for many years to come.
Many other options, which may provide you with numerous tax benefits, exist for Legacy giving. Through a Legacy gift, you may be able to increase your current income or provide additional retirement income, while reducing or avoiding income, estate and capital gains taxes. It is important to explore options with your financial planner so that both you and the orphaned pets at FCHS receive the full benefit of a Legacy gift.
FCHS offers many avenues to meet the needs of our donors. No gift is too small, and your gift may be tax deductible under IRS guidelines. FCHS is exempt from the payment of Federal income tax under the provisions of Section 501c3 of the Federal Internal Revenue Code.
FCHS is extremely grateful for your dedication to saving animal lives. We respect your privacy and the privacy of all of our friends and donors. This information is used to respond to your request or inquiry and to contact you about programs and services of FCHS. We also keep a record of each donor’s giving history, which is kept on file for IRS purposes and to track and analyze giving trends.
FCHS does not sell, trade or release your contact information to parties outside of our organization.
